The most active areas of any warehouse are the receiving and shipping docks. These active parts could become very crowded. The lift trucks must provide exceptional visibility, be as compact as possible and highly maneuverable. Lift truck operators who are working on a dock should step onto and off of their lift truck for the length of their shift. To be able to solve all of your horizontal transporting dock needs, Yale features the MPE unit.
Yale provides a single narrow reach or NR and a double reach or NDR unit to operate in aisles from 8 to 10 feet wide. The narrow aisle units could help a business increase its storage ratio compared to its aisle width. Yale features best-in-class ergonomics with their machinery. The Yale Narrow Aisle trucks provide a Quadra-Flexx Operator Compartment. This features different configurations for stance options and control handle.
NDR & NR Productivity Enhancements
Quadra-Flexx Operator Compartment: On the Quadra-Flexx Operator Compartment, there is a choice between the fore/aft stance or side stance. It also features a variety of different control handle configurations so as to meet a range of operations.
AC Motor Technology: Featured on the AC Motor Technology is the powerful speed, excellent lifting speeds and fast deceleration, and quick plugging options. This allows the machine to combine responsive directional changes in order to increase the number of loads moved during a shift.
Reach Assembly and Mast: the Reach Assembly and Mast features trunion mounting and tapered roller bearings to increase overall rigidity and mast durability. It also is reinforced with with a gusseted rear frame weldment and extra reach-assembly welding for a long life.
Power Lowering: Yale provides industry-leading lowering speeds, when these are uploaded; throughput and productivity are enhanced throughout the model.
Regenerative Lowering: The regenerative lowering feature lessens battery changes per shift by maintaining lower oil operating temperature.
Electronic Steering: The innovative Electronic Steering option eliminates the use of hydraulic pumps and thus reduces energy. The steering tiller can be adjusted by the operator and the steer effort could also be adjusted by the technician in order to help lessen operator fatigue. When starting up the equipment, the drive tire centers automatically too.
