Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production since the year 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more accurate placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system provides a lot more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide a large variety of optional attachments and these telehandlers are available to help you complete your requirements, whilst being safe and efficient at the worksite. If both precision and accuracy are really vital, leave it to a Lull telehandler to accomplish everything you require.
The Future
Many attachments have been designed and made in order to make rough terrain lift trucks as functional as possible. Winches, booms and rotating fork carriages allow the forklift to place materials in a more precise manner. The booms or articulating booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and could reach up and over structures so as to position loads in the center of upper floors or on interior roof slope settings. New attachments and products are being designed and made all the time and will debut in the future.
With extra safety features becoming more prevalent, some improvements have been made. For example, load-reach management devices are able to restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled as opposed to depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are used in order to determine the load weight. This information is sent to a small electronic memory device which had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
Once the load is being placed into position, the memory would compare the boom's extension and the boom's angle with the safety limits. There is a warning system or an essential lock-up device that prevents the operator from over-reaching and possibly causing the forklift to tip over or the boom to fail.
